2. TeleHealth appointments should not be sought by patients seeking emergency care
3. A TeleHealth consultation is not a replacement for a face-to-face consultation
4. When booking a TeleHealth appointment, it is implied that the patient understands the risks and limitations of such consultations and will not hold the doctor or the hospital liable for the same.
5. Telehealth appointments will be recorded. By booking an appointment, you consent to an Audio Video recording of your consultation.
6. Same day appointments cannot be guaranteed
7. Appointments may be rescheduled based on consultant availability
